Synopsis
Sweat and tears blend in the chaotic world of young Jelson and Ipe. The sweat from the scorching heat and the tears that shift between laughter at the mundane and cries of despair capture the emotions of those falling apart, much like the planet itself. Yet, as long as it stands, Jelson and Ipe choose to seek out love. (K.M.)

Whammy Alcazaren
Whammy Alcazaren is a multi-award-winning director and production designer. He graduated from the University of the Philippines Film Institute and has taken part in several international programs, including the 2013 13 Little Pictures Film Lab in Singapore, the 2016 Watch and Talk Residency at the Belluard Bollwerk Festival in Switzerland, and Berlinale Talents in 2024.
