Exterior, night. A mysterious woman with blonde hair, a red coat, and sunglasses leaves a passport and a wig on the road, then sets them on fire. From that moment on, a series of events unfolds over the course of a day in a small town that may also conceal its own secrets in the quiet routines of its residents. Guiding us through this journey is Paulinho, a young man who arrives in town and, through conversations, comes across a small portrait photo – followed by other photographs revealed throughout the film – setting off a chain of speculation about the town and its people.
