Synopsis
Frustrated in her marriage, kindergarten teacher Sol (Chiris Gomes) unexpectedly rediscovers love when she meets Lola (Gabriela Grigolom), the single mother of one of her students. Their bilingual relationship – bridging spoken Portuguese and Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) – reshapes not only their lives, but also that of Sol’s ex-husband (Octavio Camargo). Highlighting the creative possibilities born from collaboration between Deaf and hearing artists, Bruno Costa’s latest film offers a tender, uplifting take on endings, new beginnings, and the many emotional threads woven in between.
